If you’re an introverted real estate agent, you’re in the right place. You’ve found your people.
Welcome!
Let’s face it…most real estate sales strategy training is geared towards extroverts.
“Make more cold calls.”
“Go to more networking events.”
“Knock on more doors.”
While these methods work well for some, they do not work for everyone.
real estate is not one-size-fits-all
This is where I can help.
Maybe you feel frustrated, discouraged, or burned out.
You might feel you’re doing everything you’ve been trained to do, yet you are still not seeing the results your colleagues are.
You may even wonder “Do I have what it takes to be successful in real estate?”
The truth is: many of the top real estate agents are actually introverts.
Through books, classes, group coaching, and 1:1 business planning sessions, you will learn to channel your introversion and leverage your natural strengths as an introvert to build a highly successful real estate career.
Learn how your energy works, how to create a calendar that doesn’t burn you out, and how to increase your leads, without changing who you are.
small adjustments can make a huge difference.
Ashley’s Story:
I got into real estate in 2013 and jumped in with both feet, as a full-time solo agent. I joined my local Keller Williams office in Massachusetts and was eager to get started. In my second month, I attended a popular training course called BOLD. I thought ‘this is it! I’m going to take this class, implement everything I learn, and build a wildly successful real estate career super quickly. Overnight. That’s how it works for most agents. Right?’
Wrong. I took the class, implemented the tactics (back then it was heavily focused on cold calling expireds and FSBOs - the class has been modernized over the years, thankfully), and did not see the results. I remember spending hours each morning making my cold calls like a good little real estate agent newbie, even though I hated every second of the activity. I was willing to do the work and didn’t realize there were other means of finding clients. While I did successfully set some appointments through my cold calls, I lacked the confidence and skills needed to sign an expired or FSBO listing. So I failed. A lot. And it eroded my confidence even more. I wanted to give up. Thank goodness, I had a very supportive group of colleagues who believed in me.
While I made my calls in the mornings, I was also attending in-person networking events in the evenings. I joined the chamber of commerce, a young professionals group, and several women’s networking groups. That felt like a treat after a morning of being yelled at by angry sellers. I loved these events. And guess what? The clients I eventually worked with came from these groups, not from cold calling.
Fast forward a few years later, and I had done it! I’d built a successful business as a solo agent, a 6-figure business, in fact. I was in the top 20% of my office and was regularly recognized with awards, which fed my ego but wasn’t fulfilling. My coach at the time encouraged me to help other agents, since that was one of the things I loved to do - teach classes in my market center and mentor new agents. Immediately, I thought of my fellow introverts and our unique struggles. I said to him: ‘I want to help other introverts build their businesses and let them know it’s ok if it looks different than everyone else’s.’ So, I wrote my very first class, which I still teach to this day, and this coaching/training company was born.
My mission: to reach every introvert in the real estate industry, give them a lifeline and a community of others like them, to encourage and empower them to build businesses that are aligned with their strengths and personalities, and to provide the resources to help them thrive.
