Who’s it for? Agents in their first year or two of real estate sales.
What’s included:
Two-hour 1:1 business planning session with Ashley - virtual or in person (for agents in the Boston area). We will work together to create your custom business plan, based on your personality, interests, schedule, and marketing budget.
One half-hour follow up call to check in on how the plan is working and make any adjustments
Investment: $950
3-month Coaching & Biz Planning Intensive
Who’s it for? Agents with 2+ years of real estate sales experience.
What’s included:
Initial one-hour session with Ashley - virtual or in person (for agents in the Boston area). In this session, we’ll talk through what’s worked and not worked for you in the past, your goals, and put a plan in place to help you meet your goals.
Weekly half-hour calls to provide accountability, guidance, celebrate your wins, and navigate any challenges.
Investment: $1,350/month
Customized Consulting for Teams & Brokerages
Who’s it for? Real estate teams and brokerages.
What’s included:
Custom consulting based on your unique situation and needs.
Example 1: a successful real estate team is struggling with a few of its team members, and the rainmaker wants to bring in a third party to audit the team structure and provide insight about how they can grow with less stress on the team owner.
Example 2: an independent brokerage is looking to hire more agents and wants to brainstorm proven ways of attracting top talent as well as new licensees.
Example 3: a real estate office/market center wants to provide private consulting sessions for their top agents, as a reward (or incentive)
